Allinta Rose operates from Australia. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and, where applicable, the state in which Allinta Rose is based. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded. If you are accessing the site from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or the European Union / EEA, mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence will also continue to apply where they cannot be contracted out of.
