Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 July 2026

This page is maintained by Allinta Rose to explain how personal information is handled across allintarose.com, assessment.allintarose.com, and related communications. Your privacy — like your nervous system — deserves care.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of allintarose.com, participants in the Safe Within™ Assessment at assessment.allintarose.com, and anyone who contacts Allinta Rose by email or through a form on our sites.

Information I collect

  • Information you give me directly — such as your name, email address, and the answers you share when you complete the Safe Within Assessment or contact me.
  • Automatic technical information — such as your device type, browser, approximate location (from your IP address), and pages viewed. This is collected through standard web logs and analytics to help me understand how the site is used.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — small files stored on your device to remember preferences and measure site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

How I use your information

  • To deliver your Safe Within Assessment results and any resources you request.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
  • To send you emails you have opted in to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve the content, security, and performance of the website and assessment.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your privacy rights by region

Allinta Rose is based in Australia and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). If you live elsewhere, additional local rules may apply:

  • UK / EU / EEA — I rely on lawful bases under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including your consent (e.g. opting in to emails or submitting the assessment), legitimate interests (running and improving the site securely), and legal obligation.
  • United States — where state privacy laws apply (such as the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. I do not sell your personal information.
  • Canada — I handle personal information consistent with PIPEDA and equivalent provincial laws.

Sensitive topics & the assessment

The Safe Within Assessment asks reflective questions across six parts of your life — including wellbeing, rhythm, home, relationships, money and stability, and inner trust. Your answers are used to generate your personal results and are treated with care. The assessment is an educational self-reflection tool — it is not a diagnostic instrument and is not medical, psychological, or financial advice. Questions about money explore how financially supported you feel and do not constitute financial advice.

Service providers I rely on

I use trusted third-party services to run the website, assessment, email, and analytics. These providers only process your information on my behalf and under contract. Categories include website hosting, form and assessment delivery, email marketing, and privacy-respecting analytics.

How long I keep your information

I keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the service you asked for, or to meet legal requirements. If you provide your name and email with your assessment, they are used to send your report and, with your consent, occasional related emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email, and you can request deletion of your data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information I hold about you and ask for a copy.
  • Ask me to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date.
  • Ask me to delete your information (subject to any legal record-keeping obligations).
  • Object to or restrict certain uses, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
  • Complain to a regulator — in Australia, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC); in the UK, the ICO; in the EU / EEA, your national data protection authority; in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner; in the US, your state Attorney General where applicable.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@allintarose.com.

International data transfers

Because I use trusted global service providers (for hosting, email, and analytics), your information may be stored or processed outside your country of residence — including in Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Where required by law, I take reasonable steps to ensure any overseas recipient handles your information consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles or an equivalent standard.

Security

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password for any account you create.

Children

The website and assessment are intended for adults (18+). I do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
